Book Submission Form
Please fill out this form to submit your book for a book review, consideration for the radio show, or a hosted
book club request. After you submit the submission form, click on "continue" next to "form sent" that will be
at the top of the page. You will be directed to a confirmation page that will provide you with our mailing
address.
Please note that book selections for the radio show are done at the discretion of TaNisha Webb, KC
Girlfriends Book Club President and Radio Show Host. TaNisha will contact all authors that are chosen to
be on the radio show. It is imperative that you respond to our email within 48 hours. Please pay attention to
the book submission requirements and most of all, be patient. We receive many requests.
If you are utilizing a publicist or any type of agent as your source of contact, it is still important to have them
provide your (the author) contact information on this form. The publicist will be contacted initially, in order to
speak with their author about the proposed appearance date. After the initial contact, the author will be the
primary contact and the publicist/agent will be cc'd on subsequent emails. Please be sure to provide ALL of
the author's information on this book submission form. This will help with keeping all the information
necessary in one place and not having to go back and forth to gather the information through email.
Publicists/Agents: Publicist/agents should place your name and contact information, including: email
address and phone number, in the comments/suggestions box at the bottom of the page. Please
place the author's email address and other information provided at the top of the submission form.
